BCHPCA Components of Care

Providing compassionate care and support to the dying and the bereaved, as well as advocacy and education regarding end-of-life issues. We offer a weekly drop-in grief support group to all members of the public. One-on-one volunteer support is also available. Upcoming: a grief support program for children & teens with an expressive arts component.

Eastshore Hospice is a branch of Nelson & District Hospice Society.  Eastshore provides compassionate support for palliative care clients and their families and for the bereaved.  Eastshore offers hospice volunteer training and workshops for the community on grief support and palliative care.
