Journeys : An Educational Video Describing Hospice Palliative CareDeveloped and produced by BCHPCA. Journeys is a fifteen-minute educational video that describes the philosophy and values of Hospice Palliative Care, as well as the range of services and settings. The Journeys video is intended for public education. Ideally, it will be used in combination with a presentation describing local services. You can purchase copies of Journeys for $19.95 each, plus $5 each for mailing costs, by downloading and printing the Book/Video Order Form through the link below. Mail the completed form and a cheque for payment to BCHPCA at the address shown on the form. |
