• bereavement volunteer training and support is available on-line
• service providers who experience loss may register to access a password protected, on-line Chat Room
• consultation on establishing bereavement support services including writing brochures, setting up groups and tracking systems
• workshops and seminars on grief and loss are provided for the community and community agencies
