Call for Annual Awards’ Nominations
The British Columbia Hospice and Palliative Care Association (BCHPCA) is very pleased to call for nominations from members for the following Annual Association Awards:

Awards Recognizing Enhanced End-of-Life Care for British Columbians (presented in collaboration with the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem)
The awards will be presented at the Association’s Annual Conference May 25-26, 2012 in celebration of the exceptional contributions of the individuals and community organizations working to provide the people of the Yukon and British Columbia with quality end-of-life care.
Please celebrate with us by nominating worthy candidates for these awards and join us at the conference to recognize these special people and organizations. The criteria and nomination form for each award may be found on the Association website.
The Awards Committee of BCHPCA Board of Directors will make the final selection. Award recipients will be notified by the Awards Committee and invited to attend the Award presentation at the 2012 Annual Conference in Richmond, B.C. on Saturday, May 26th, 2012.
